We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Adviser to join our busy team. As the first point of contact, they will be essential in meeting service levels and exceeding customer expectations.
In this varied role, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails, coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, scheduling engineers, and supporting the wider team with reporting and administrative duties. They will also contribute to producing management information and KPI reports, issuing purchase orders, and assisting with invoicing and stock management.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
