Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not essential—training will be provided
