About the Role As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support to staff and students while maintaining the school’s IT systems and hardware. Key responsibilities include: Providing first-line technical support for staff and students. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, laptops, and classroom technology. Supporting the school network, printers, and AV equipment. Assisting with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Supporting the implementation of new IT systems and digital learning tools. Maintaining accurate records of support requests and system updates. Assisting with system security, backups, and updates. Experience and Qualifications Previous experience in IT support, technician, or helpdesk roles. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and hardware troubleshooting.
