Psychology Graduate - Alternative Provision Support Role

The Role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), and learning difficulties.
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons that promote engagement and progress.
* Support pupils with social skills, communication, and emotional regulation throughout the school day.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment by encouraging independence and resilience.
* Contribute to behaviour management strategies and personalised learning plans.
* Work closely with teaching staff, SEN specialists, and therapists to provide holistic support for pupils.
What We\'re Looking For
* A Psychology Graduate (or similar discipline) with a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
* Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
* Ability to work proactively and adapt to different pupil needs.
* Experience working with children (paid or voluntary) is desirable but not essential.
