Responsibilities:
* Actively identify and engage potential clients
* Implement effective sales strategies to expand the client portfolio and meet sales targets.
* Build strong relationships with clients, gaining insights into their unique needs, and offering tailored traffic management solutions.
* Be able to write excellent bids, supported by our Senior Business Development Managers
* Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records on our CRM system of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards goals.
* Continuously enhance your knowledge of traffic management solutions and stay updated with industry advancements.
* Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our company and its services.
* Be willing to travel across the United Kingdom to visit customers, sites, offices and any other sales related activity
Minimum Candidate Experience & Qualities:
* Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or a related role.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Aged 21 or older with a Full UK Driving Licence with maximum of 6 penalty points.
Ideal Candidate Experience & Qualities:
* Knowledge of Temporary Traffic Management sector / systems
* Proficiency in using Zoho CRM
