This role is crucial to ensuring products are built to the highest standards of quality and precision, with a strong emphasis on TIG welding and sheet metal fabrication. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate components from sheet metal and laser-cut parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform TIG welding (and other techniques) on pipework and structural components. Use a range of hand and power tools effectively to complete fabrication tasks. Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and maintain high productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the welding and fabrication process. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding (essential). Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings. Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques. Basic maths skills for precise measurements and calculations. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools. Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-driven approach to your work
