We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Assistant/Administrator to join our clients growing team. This role is central to the smooth running of their business and offers the chance to work closely with project managers, coordinators, and field staff to ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. This is a varied position that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Youll play a key part in keeping projects on track, supporting their teams, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service. What youll do: Collect and verify employee timesheets, calculate overtime, and ensure accuracy before submission to payroll Prepare costing sheets and sales invoices, checking all details meet client contractual rates and submitting with the correct documentation for timely payment Track employee schedules and daily whereabouts, ensuring compliance and efficiency across teams Respond to queries from clients and staff, directing them to the right people and maintaining clear communication records
