TFS Group are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. This position requires an individual who is reliable, possesses excellent customer service skills, and can communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised regularly to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately while adhering to recycling protocols.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
* Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Requirements
* Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
* A valid driver's licence is preferred for roles that may require travel between different sites.
* Previous experience in a cleaning is required
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Monday Wednesday Friday 5.30am-9am 3.5hrs a day 10.5hrs per week, paid 11th of each month
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
