£350 per day (Inside IR35)
A Surrey-based Local Authority is looking for an experienced Interim Voids Surveyor to join their voids team. You'll join a small, growing team focused on improving void turnaround and delivering quality homes.
The Role
Conduct pre and post void inspections
Specify works and produce schedules for refurbishment
Manage contractors to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are met
Ensure properties meet lettable standards and compliance requirements
Work closely with internal teams to deliver efficient void turnaround
About You
Background in voids or building surveying within social housing/local authority
Strong technical knowledge of repairs and refurbishment
Confident managing a mobile, site-based workload
Good stakeholder and contractor management skills
