THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Multiskilled Engineer you play a critical role in maintaining and improving automation and control systems to support operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site.
You will report to the Engineering Manager and manage:
Control systems reliability & performance
1. Ensure availability and reliability of automation and control systems across production lines
2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues
3. Maintain and optimize PLCs, and industrial control systems
4. Support production teams in minimizing downtime and improving performance
5. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards
Continuous improvement & optimization
6. Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce losses
7. Drive automation upgrades and system modernization initiatives
8. Optimize control strategies and process parameters
9. Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
10. Contribute to plant performance and productivity improvement projects
Projects & cross-functional collaboration
11. Lead or support control systems projects and new installations
12. Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams
13. Manage external suppliers and system integrators when needed
14. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to system standards
15. Support knowledge sharing and capability building within the team

Hard skills
19. Degree in Engineering or similar field. Desirable knowledge in Automation.
20. Proven experience in electrical and industrial control systems and automation
21. Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments
22. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
23. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
24. Project management and stakeholder collaboration capabilities
25. Fluent English
