Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
1. •Significant NHS experience in e-Rostering, including Medical and Dental staff •Experience of complex rota configuration (on-call, shifts, rota rules) •Strong understanding of Working Time Regulations and rota compliance •Knowledge of resident doctor contractual requirements and rota design principles •Experience supporting system implementation, re-implementation, or optimisation projects. •Experience in workforce planning and utilisation analysis •Experience working with clinical and operational stakeholders •Experience supervising or supporting junior staff
