Production Operative
Enstone, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire
* Pay Rate: £13.34 per hour
* Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 6:00pm
* Contract Type: Temporary, Ongoing
* Start Date: Immediate Start Available
* Own transport is essential Due to the remote location of our client
Our long-established client based in Enstone is currently recruiting for temporary Production Operatives to support their busy plastic injection moulding manufacturing site.
Working as part of a team across different production units, you will have the opportunity to multi-skill and receive training in all areas of the production operation within an exciting plastic injection moulding industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Working in a plastic injection moulding production environment
* Assisting in loading machinery with materials and ensuring smooth operation
* Offloading finished goods and putting products away on pallets
* Contributing to the production of high-quality products
* Operating different types of machinery
* Following Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Skills & Experience
* Previous production experience would be desirable but is not essential
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work on own initiative while understanding team responsibilities
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Due to the remote location of our client, own transport is essential.
