Role Summary: As Bid Manager, you will lead the full bid lifecycle – from initial opportunity assessment through to final submission. You will coordinate internal technical teams, develop compelling bid strategies, and ensure all submissions are compliant, commercially robust, and aligned with client requirements. You will take ownership of tender programmes, manage clarifications, and drive the production of high‑quality written content that communicates value, innovation, and capability. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, contributing to pipeline development and shaping the organisation’s competitive position in the market.
What you’ll need to succeed
