We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with proven management experience to take on the role of Nursing Home Registered Manager in Worthing, West Sussex. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop the nursing and care team. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and clinical governance standards. Promote high-quality dementia and nursing care tailored to individual needs. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals. Drive continuous improvement and uphold a positive, supportive culture. Requirements Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC PIN – essential. Previous management experience in a nursing home. Proven ability to achieve strong CQC outcomes. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards). Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
