Benefits: Onsite parking Heavily subsidised onsite restaurant and coffee shop Family Friendly Policies Continued Professional Development As a Lecturer in Early Years, you will: Develop and deliver engaging and effective lectures and workshops to students Supporting and assessing students' progress, ensuring they're on track to succeed Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance processes Providing pastoral support to students and acting as a personal tutor Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment To be successful as a Lecturer in Early Years, you will: A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, DTTLS). Experience teaching Early Years at Level 3 and above Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and relevant educational frameworks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for Early Years education and helping students reach their full potential This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact and share your knowledge with the next generation of Early Years practitioners.
