Deputy Manager Role:
As Deputy Manager, youll use your life skills and leadership abilities to make a real difference every day. Responsibilities include:
* Building positive relationships with young people and safeguarding their welfare
* Supervising staff, leading shifts, creating rotas, and running team meetings
* Supporting education and placement plans
* Ensuring all policies, procedures, and risk assessments are up to date
* Providing guidance and support to the wider staff team
Deputy Manager Criteria:
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* At least 2 years experience in residential childcare, supporting young people
* A valid manual driving licence
