The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of early childhood education, along with the ability to support a high standard of care and learning across the setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver warm, high-quality care for children aged 05, promoting their safety, happiness, and well-being at all times. Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Observe and record childrens progress, ensuring clear and open communication with parents and carers. Work closely with the management team to uphold nursery policies, ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks. Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and your team through open, positive communication. Support and mentor junior team members to promote collaboration and consistency across the setting. Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices through ongoing training and professional development. What Were Looking For: A recognised qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (Level 3). Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting is highly desirable. Strong organisational and leadership skills to support smooth day-to-day nursery operations. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
