Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, and operations, influencing key decisions with commercial insight
* Take end-to-end ownership of the P&L related to supplier costs, materials, and third-party manufacturing
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, using driver-based models to steer performance
* Play a key role in the S&OP process, translating demand and supply plans into financial outcomes and challenging assumptions
* Drive working capital improvements, with a strong focus on inventory, cash, and supplier management
* Deliver forward-looking insights and performance analysis, shifting from reporting to actionable recommendations
* Ensure strong financial control and accurate month-end close, including variance analysis and governance
* Lead process improvements and transformation initiatives, enhancing reporting, systems, and ways of working
Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
* 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering / Controlling, ideally within FMCG, consumer healthcare, or other fast-paced environments
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into business actions
* Experience with forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis
* Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with BI tools and data analysis
* Proven ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
* Confident communicator with the ability to challenge, influence, and collaborate at senior level
* Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and impact
