The school are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The successful applicant will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access the curriculum, manage their emotions, and develop key life skills. The successful Learning Support Assistant will: Have prior experience working with children or young people with additional needs (in a school or similar setting). Be confident in managing challenging behaviour and using positive behaviour strategies. Be patient, empathetic, and committed to helping every child reach their potential.
