Responsibilities
* Management company change requests
* Internal Voice initiatives and improvement opportunities
* Supporting delivery of wider business change impacting Voice
* Representing Voice in audits, meetings, and project discussionsHelping ensure operational change is practical, well‑managed, and embedded effectively within the contact centre
