Senior Landscape Architect London (Hybrid) | £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE) AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp (Revit desirable) Role Overview We’re partnering with a leading UK architecture and design practice to find a Senior Landscape Architect ready to lead the design and delivery of high-quality public realm and masterplanning projects. This role is ideal for a Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with a proven track record in team leadership, project delivery, and sustainable, design-led thinking. You’ll be based in the London studio as part of a close-knit local team, while staying connected to a broader national group through hybrid working, collaboration, and regular team meetups. Responsibilities Lead landscape and public realm projects through all RIBA stages Oversee project delivery, client engagement, and resource management Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors Present design proposals and reports to clients, authorities, and stakeholders Develop high-quality design strategies, technical packages, and tender documentation Manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development Support business development and bid submissions when required Champion innovation and sustainability in all design work Requirements Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with UK project experience Strong leadership in delivering complex landscape or urban realm projects Excellent communication and client-facing skills High-level design and technical detailing ability Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp (Revit is a plus) Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects A passion for thoughtful, sustainable, and people-focused landscape design Ready to shape places with impact?
