. Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As a Peer Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support and interventions to clients with mental health needs, focusing on early intervention and prevention. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of clients and delivering group activities and programs. Empowering clients with skills for independent coping. Communicating service aims and objectives clearly to clients. Helping service users engage with community professionals. Developing peer support networks and community-based approaches. Monitoring the health, wellbeing, and safety of service users. Participating in supervision, appraisals, training, and team development. What Do You Need to Bring?

The ideal candidate will possess: Lived experience of mental health care pathways. Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships. Knowledge of recovery tools and local mental health support. Ability to assess needs, risks, and aspirations. Proficiency in IT, including MS Word and Outlook.
