About the Role:
We're looking for reliable and hardworking Pick and Packers to join a fast-paced food production team. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who thrive in busy environments and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing food products accurately
Labelling and packaging items correctly
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Conducting quality checks
Meeting daily production targets
Following health and safety guidelines
Working in a freezer environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse or food production (desirable, not essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Good attention to detail
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Comfortable working in cold conditions
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
