Overview
TieTalent is seeking Support Workers / Care Workers to join our supported living service in Ystalyfera. As a Support Worker you will play a vital role in the lives of the people we support and their families. You do not need any qualifications or previous work experience; what matters is your values and attitude toward working with people who need care and support.

Responsibilities
* You will become part of our incredible team, helping to deliver emotional and practical care and support for vulnerable adults and transforming their lives on a daily basis.
* You will provide quality care for vulnerable adults within a supported living setting, ensuring the highest quality of care through person-centred care plans.
* You will work on a rota basis, which may include early starts, late finishes, day and night shifts and weekend work.
* You will offer focused support with tasks including personal care, meal preparation, administering medicine, shopping, and related activities.
* You will facilitate activities that are person-centred, promoting dignity, independence and well-being.
* You will be committed to providing an excellent level of care for vulnerable people with mental health needs and autism.
* You may need to work independently, including taking sole responsibility for a person we support, ensuring their safety and health are fulfilled.
* You will work within regulatory requirements as identified by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
* You will be over 18 to apply for this role.

Additional Information About The Role
* The shift patterns will vary and you will be required to work weekends and night shifts on a rota basis.
* If not already qualified you will be enabled to undertake a QCF level 2 in Health & Social Care after successful probationary period, with full support to achieve this.
* Experience in care is not essential as full training will be given.
