We're looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to bring our brands to life through inspiring, innovative artwork. You'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Montezuma's and Bristows, designing standout packaging and promotional materials that delight customers and meet commercial goals.
Working cross-functionally with teams across the business, you'll take projects from concept through to final production, ensuring everything is on brand, cost-effective, and compliant with legislation.
Key responsibilities
Create innovative and engaging graphic designs and artwork for packaging and promotional materials
Continuously develop and evolve product ranges to meet customer needs and market trends
Collaborate closely with the NPD team, presenting creative ideas and concepts
Work alongside senior stakeholders including the Commercial Director (Brand & Licensing), Director of Retail, Marketing Manager, Sales team, Technical team, Procurement, E-Comm Manager
Design and manage licensed branded artwork from initial concept through to final approval
Ensure all artwork complies with current legislation, labelling requirements, and trading standards
Identify and communicate design challenges, proposing practical and creative solutions
Deliver projects to deadline while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Travel as required to meetings with customers, licensors, and other Group offices

Strong commercial awareness, with experience designing across varying price points
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
Strong brand awareness and attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative. Able to work independently
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Able to work under pressure, remain calm and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to take projects from concept to completion
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite
