Job Description
3. Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations queries
4. Lead on complex and sensitive ER casework from start to resolution
5. Coach and guide managers on policy, process, and best practice
6. Support recruitment activity, including vetting and onboarding
7. Contribute to designing and delivering training sessions
8. Maintain accurate documentation and case records
9. Work closely with the People Manager to identify people-related risks
10. Support continuous improvement across HR processes
11. Assist with policy updates and compliance requirements
12. Provide day-to-day generalist HR advice to employees and managers
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
13. Strong experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end
14. Confident advising managers and influencing decision-making
15. Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice
16. Able to remain calm and objective in sensitive situations
17. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
18. Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing a varied workload
19. Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding
20. Comfortable delivering or contributing to training
21. Tech-savvy, with good HR systems and documentation skills
22. Proactive, solutions-driven, and keen to help shape a growing HR function
