As a Flight Operations Controller, you'll support the day-to-day coordination of the flight operations, working closely with all Operations team members to ensure every flight runs smoothly. Role Requirements:
MUST:
* Right to live and work in the UK
* Be within 1 hour of Farnborough
* Ideally, be able to start in May
* A basic understanding of aviation regulations (UK CAA/EASA) or a willingness to learn
* Good IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office
* Some experience in aviation operations, logistics, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
* Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a 24/7 shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Flexible and adaptable
SHOULD:
* 1-2 years' experience preferred
COULD:
* Experience with flight operations and/or flight planning software is a bonus
* Previous exposure to business aviation or customer-facing roles
* An aviation-related qualification or training (e.g., dispatcher course, aviation studies)
* Basic knowledge of international airspace or flight logistics
