As a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist for Dynamics 365 CRM, you’ll be integral to our UK sales team. You’ll collaborate with account teams to design and position high‑value solutions for CRM challenges, turning your technical depth into clear business solutions with tangible value‑driven outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience Required for Success
* Collaboration & Enablement: Work with the Client Solutions team on building repeatable assets in conjunction with Avanade strategy.
* Work closely with Avanade sales team and Client Groups, Delivery Leads, and Consulting teams, and Microsoft Account Executives on account planning and amplification of our primary Business Application priorities.
* Seamless transitions to delivery teams, partnerships with Solution Architects.
* Mentor team members and share best practices.
* Infusing the Sales Plan: Contribute to pipeline and revenue growth through participation and co‑ordination of demand generation activities.
* Customer workshops.
* Tradeshows.
* Company events.
* Technical Leadership: Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and executive briefings.
* Conduct proof‑of‑concepts, demonstrations, and deep‑dives of Dynamics 365 CRM (including integrations, analytics, and Power Platform extensions).
* Develop trusted advisor status with clients.
* Business Value Articulation: Translate technical capabilities into ROI‑focused narratives and business cases.
* Create compelling proposals and RFP responses demonstrating operational agility, lower TCO, and revenue growth with Dynamics 365.
* Client Engagement & Storytelling: Engage C‑suite and stakeholders by understanding their needs and co‑creating success metrics.
* Present technical concepts through relatable stories prepared at the right level for various audiences.
* Exemplify Learning: Maintain your existing certifications.
* ISV and Partner Ecosystem knowledge.
* Always be curious about supporting and complementing technologies such as Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence, Co‑Pilot, Logic Apps, Azure.
Main Responsibilities
* Participate in both presales and delivery activities. We strongly encourage acquiring experience on the job and use this experience in new proposals.
* Participate in a cross‑technical team, with different Avanade Spain areas proposing innovative solutions, providing your knowledge and expertise to solve cross‑technology problems.
* Apply your expertise in design, propose and defend scalable, highly reliable cloud‑ready solutions based on Azure value and meeting our customer needs.
* Advise clients on fit‑for‑purpose architectures, ensure non‑functional requirements and evolve business needs.
* Work in projects that utilize Microsoft and latest front‑end technologies in distributed, highly scalable, robust and responsive architectures.
* Architect and deploy Azure solutions across the Azure platform using DevSecOps practices with Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
* Deliver using Agile frameworks, paying special attention to code quality, delivery commitments and team leadership.

Technical Requirements
* Microsoft Intune: Deep hands‑on experience with device compliance, application deployment, software updates, endpoint protection and policy management.
* Device enrollment, corporate and personal BYOD scenarios, automated provisioning for Windows, iOS, Android including zero‑touch enrolments.
* Device configuration including creating custom configuration profiles.
* Shared and kiosk device scenarios on Windows and mobile platforms.
* Certificate deployments, PKCS and SCEP, deploying VPN, email and Wi‑Fi profiles.
* Device compliance, including custom compliance and integration with Defender for Endpoint for device risk, ConfigMgr compliance and Conditional Access.
* Assignment filters for managed apps and devices.
* Application management: store apps, M365 apps, Edge, LoB and Win32.
* Integration with Apple Business Manager and Google Play store.
* Intune Diagnostics.
* Using KQL to create custom reports from Log Analytics data.
* Connectors and tokens, Configuration Manager, Managed Google Play, firmware over‑the‑air update, MDT connectors, certificate connectors, Active Directory, eSIM configuration awareness.
* Autopilot & Provisioning: Expertise in configuring and validating Windows Autopilot profiles, OEM provisioning, troubleshooting deployment issues.
* Experience with all Autopilot deployment scenarios: user‑driven, pre‑provisioning, self‑deploying, Autopilot Reset and Autopilot for existing devices.
* Enrollment Status Page configuration and experience troubleshooting.
