As Food and Beverage Manager at Accor oversees the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage outlets. This includes managing the F&B team to ensure guests receive heartfelt care in their dining experience and that the business remains profitable. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.
What Is In It For You
* Managing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars.
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
* Ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
* Training, mentoring, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Creating and maintaining menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences.
* Monitoring inventory levels and managing ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
* Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills ideally should include:
* Experience of running events and running restaurant operations
* Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
* Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
* Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
* Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

* Our hotel offers 356 rooms, within very close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. The hotel features a restaurant operating for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a large outdoor car park.
