Executive coach - associate role (senior management/c-suite/executive)

We are seeking experienced Associate Executive Coaches who align with our core values of Trust, Honesty, and Sincerity of Intent to support our clients in achieving meaningful and lasting transformation.


Executive coaching engagements with FidesOak are diverse in nature. You may work one-to-one with senior leaders, support the development of leadership teams, or contribute to broader organisational initiatives aligned to performance and culture.


Our work is underpinned by FidesOak’s proprietary DECADE® coaching framework, supporting a consistent, insight-led and outcome-focused approach to behavioural change and performance improvement.


Key Responsibilities

* Design and deliver structured, outcome-focused coaching journeys for individuals and teams
* Establish and maintain effective, ethical coaching relationships with clear contracting and boundaries
* Apply a range of coaching models and methodologies appropriate to client context and need
* Utilise FidesOak’s tools and frameworks, including the DECADE® model, to support insight, goal-setting, and performance tracking
* Provide constructive challenge and feedback to enable growth, accountability, and behavioural change
* Monitor and evaluate coachee progress against agreed outcomes and organisational goals
* Maintain accurate and confidential coaching records in line with FidesOak® methodology
* Adapt delivery approaches (in-person and virtual) to ensure continuity and impact
* Engage in reflective practice and seek feedback to continuously enhance coaching effectiveness
* Commit to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
* Maintaining the Coaching Contract and Re-Contract if Necessary


About You

You will demonstrate capability aligned to EMCC Senior Practitioner competencies, including:


* High levels of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and reflective practice
* Strong understanding and application of coaching theory and models
* Ability to build trust-based relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
* Skilled in adapting style to meet diverse coachee needs
* Ability to offer appropriate challenge
* Able to maintain coaching relationship without fostering dependency
* Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development


Qualifications & Experience

You will meet one or more of the following criteria:


* A recognised coaching qualification and/or accreditation with a professional body (e.g. EMCC, ICF) at an appropriate level

or

* Significant experience in executive coaching
