Together with external service providers, you will ensure that our technology and IT run smoothly and that our guests are comfortable. You will therefore be responsible for: Monitoring the functionality of equipment, lifts and technical facilities throughout the hotel and carefully keeping track of defects Communicating, liaising and cooperating with external companies, in particular checking any maintenance work Undertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation work Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented and followed Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs Supervise maintenance team Management of hotel health and safety compliance Project management including management of external contractors
