Consumer Additions are partnered with an exciting high-growth DTC brand seeking an experienced, commercially minded CRM Manager to lead and develop the customer relationship management strategy.
You will play a pivotal role in managing customer communications across the entire lifecycle—from acquisition and engagement to conversion and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle communications, including email, SMS, push notifications, and other direct channels.
* Create and manage automated customer journeys to enhance engagement, conversion, and retention.
* Analyse CRM performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversion, churn, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure CRM campaigns support wider business goals.
* Oversee CRM platform management and ensure data integrity, segmentation, and compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations.
* Continuously test, learn, and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
* Stay up to date with CRM best practices, trends, and technologies.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in a CRM management role, preferably within e-commerce or customer-focused industries.
* Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, or similar).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective campaigns.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
* Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance customer experience and engagement.
* Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
