Job Description: We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in Tewkesbury for a Sales Admin Assistant to join their fast-paced Point of Sale/Point of Purchase production department. Youll report to the Production Team Leader and work closely with management, design, warehouse, and installation teams to deliver a first-class, timely service to their valued clients. Key Responsibilities Act as a dedicated account handler for assigned clients Take detailed briefs and prepare accurate quotations Process customer orders from start to finish, including: Placing orders with suppliers Coordinating delivery and installation Raising client invoices Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally Approve purchase invoices for accounts processing Provide accurate month-end work-in-progress data Ensure all project costs are correctly captured and managed Provide holiday and sickness cover for other production admin team members Support general office duties as required Required Skills & Experience Strong communication skills (external, internal, verbal, and written) Ability to prioritise workload effectively Comfortable working independently, as part of a team, and under pressure Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAGE Solid financial understanding of month-end processes Ability to identify and progress new sales opportunities Understanding of logistics (beneficial but not essential) Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on challenges Benefits Working hours: 09:00 17:30 (1-hour lunch break) Company sick pay (dependent on length of service) Company pension scheme 31 days holiday (pro-rated, including bank holidays) Free on-site parking
