Job Description
3. Prepare and review corporate tax returns and computations for the organisation.
4. Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations within the sector.
5. Support the preparation of tax-related financial reporting, including deferred tax calculations.
6. Provide tax advice on business transactions and projects, ensuring tax efficiency.
7. Coordinate with external advisors on tax audits and other tax-related matters.
8. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
9. Assist in maintaining accurate tax records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
10. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth integration of tax processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tax Accountant should have:
11. A recognised qualification in accountancy or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
12. Proven experience in corporate tax within the property industry or a related field.
13. Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
14. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
15. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
16. Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
