We are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 2-4 years' post-qualified experience to join a growing Corporate team, based in Swindon, Bath, Marlborough or Chippenham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to undertake high-quality corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will be involved in advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including:
Acquisitions and disposals (share sales, business and asset purchases/sales)
Corporate restructures
Management buy-outs
Shareholders' agreements
Joint venture agreements
Ad hoc company matters and corporate governance advice
You will have regular client contact and increasing responsibility for transactions, working closely with senior colleagues who support your professional development.
About You
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 years' PQE in corporate law
Strong technical skills with a practical, commercial approach
Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
