Housing Assistant (8-Week Initial Contract)
Location: Central Scotland
Salary: Grade 6 (34'745)
A leading housing association is looking for a Housing Assistant to join their Housing Management team on an initial 8-week contract. You'll support the delivery of high-quality tenancy services, working closely with the Team Leader and Housing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer-focused support across allocations, repairs, rent and general enquiries
* Assist with supervising the team and ensuring strong service delivery
* Sign up new tenants and offer clear guidance on tenancy and welfare matters
* Handle complex enquiries and support complaint resolution
* Produce accurate performance and progress reports
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners
* Support service improvements and contribute to policy development

* Housing experience is desirable but not essential
