Overall role as per Regulations 4 and 5 of CDM2015 (Client Duties), to manage a project ensuring health and safety risks are properly handled. Responsibilities include:
* Providing client-side governance & assurance of CDM Duty Holder roles.
* Overseeing coordination of PD and PC activities across the programme.
* Developing and communicating the CDM Strategy.
* Conducting competence assessments to ensure qualified contractors/designers are appointed.
* Ensuring comprehensive pre-construction information is obtained and shared.
* Driving use of collaborative platforms for Safety in Design.
* Coordinating significant CDM risks and developing KPIs for monitoring.
* Advising the client on CDM issues and ensuring obligations are met.
* Monitoring and auditing CDM hazards and duties through regular reviews.

Qualifications
Requirements include:
* Professional qualification, ideally Graduate status with IOSH.
* Membership of the Association for Project Safety.
