The Essentials
* Pay: £15.41 per hour
* Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (Weekly rotating: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00) changing from September to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 7am-7pm)

Your Role
As an Operations Technician, you will be the backbone of our production line. You'll handle everything from operating sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensuring our life-changing products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Precision Manufacturing: Operate highly automated equipment for product assembly, chemical solution preparation, and sensor manufacturing.
* Quality First: Perform visual and instrumental inspections of raw materials and finished goods. You'll play a vital role in identifying defects and maintaining Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Safety & Standards: Maintain a "Safety First" mindset by adhering to COSHH and EHS guidelines and keeping your workspace pristine using 6S principles.
* Data Integrity: Accurately log data and review batch records using our digital systems (HMI, POMS, ETMS) to ensure 100% compliance.
* Continuous Improvement: Don't just follow the process-help us improve it! We value your ideas for making our workflows leaner and more efficient.
