About The Role
We are looking for Senior Life Practitioners to join our team at The Old Elms in Retford, Nottinghamshire. A Senior Life Practitioner provides essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. The Senior Practitioner reports to the Registered Manager and supports Life Practitioners day to day. We provide a company vehicle for transporting the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rate is £13.99. Level 1 – £13.99, Level 2 – £14.31, Level 3 – £15.19. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
