Join to apply for the Sales Specialist AI Service Providers role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to lead our efforts in the rapidly growing NeoCloud Market across the UK and Ireland. NeoClouds represent a new breed of AI-focused hyperscalers at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge AI infrastructure. This role is ideal for a sales professional with deep expertise in the service provider market, coupled with a strong understanding of large-scale AI cluster deployments.

Job Family Definition
Sales Specialists & Consultants are product, services, software or solution specialists that are responsible for leading pursuit in their assigned focus areas. They collaborate with Account Managers and provide specialist expertise within the sales team, driving proactive campaigns to build the pipeline and to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities. May have named accounts, cover a designated geography, or be allocated to a high-potential account.

Management Level Definition
Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge. Contributes to innovative principles and ideas. Leads large, cross-division teams or projects and may participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance. Develops strategy, sets functional policy and direction. May act as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.


Responsibilities

* Driving Sales Growth in NeoClouds: Develop a strategic sales pipeline to grow the company’s presence in the NeoCloud market, focusing on emerging hyperscalers. Identify and pursue opportunities to deliver value through AI infrastructure solutions that align with the needs of NeoCloud providers.
* Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the NeoCloud ecosystem. Leverage knowledge of large-scale AI cluster deployments to position the company as a go-to partner for innovative AI solutions. Manage complex sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.


Education And Experience

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions. Expertise in the Service Provider market and/or deployments of large-scale HPC or AI clusters is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

* Strong consultative selling, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
