Fully remote - UK only
Permanent. Full or part time (minimum of 3 days per week - 24 hours)
Salary from £47,000 per annum plus excellent Bupa benefits
*based on full-time; if part-time this will be pro-rata
We make health happen: an opportunity to really make a difference to people’s lives while continuing in your own clinical career development. Providing high intensity CBT sessions on a 1-2-1 basis, you will treat clients referred from our insurance business who need support with their mental health and wellbeing. Working remotely, you will be a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns and you will provide a high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service across agreed sectors of care via MS Teams.
Responsibilities
You’ll help us make health happen by:
* To provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes
* To deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention. To ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client
* To provide different models of service delivery including telephone or video consultation, depending on client preference
* To adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team
* To adhere to sessional limits depending on the client’s monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance, whilst working towards therapeutic recovery goals
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Full BABCP accreditation
* Experience in a similar role providing high intensity CBT interventions and managing own caseload
* IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic medical record systems
* Diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon
* Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops also preferred
* Right to work in the UK
