Director of Customer Experience
Salary: £73,346 - £86,290 per annum (pay changes pending)
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday – Permanent
Location: Based in any of our offices across Argyll & Bute with hybrid working options
About Argyll Community Housing Association
ACHA is seeking a Director of Customer Experience to lead and enhance the customer journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of ACHA during an exciting transformation phase.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead the design and improvement of housing and support services to ensure excellent customer experiences.
* Work with the Senior Management Team on business transformation and continuous improvement aligned with ACHA’s Target Operating Model.
* Embed organizational values and foster a customer-centric culture within operational teams.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree level education.
* Professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing or relevant body.
* At least 5 years’ experience in service leadership roles with a proven track record in customer service policies and plans.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness in designing customer solutions.
