Overview: Tivoli are currently hiring for a Digital Operations Support Apprentice. Due to continued growth the company are looking for an enthusiastic person who will support all business operations from technical support through our helpdesks to finance support for our customers. Responsibilities: Act as a first responder in supporting our helpdesks working through relevant inboxes and distributing information internally. Become a superuser in our CRM system (HIVE). Manage customer databases and log information within this. Preparing quotes for customers through HIVE and managing them through this process. Working collaboratively with members of the wider team in line with company policies and processes. Interacting with customers digitally through Microsoft outlook and through phone. You will manage any enquiries and support this from start to finish. Booking and attending meetings through Microsoft Teams. Desirable skills: Customer service. Self-motivation, with the ability to confidently work independently. Ability to learn new systems and be adaptable. A keen eye for detail. Confidence with technology, and sound experience in navigating a laptop and the internet is essential. Team player. Excellent communication and collaboration skills both verbally and written. Flexible, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude. Salary: £18,000 per annum. Working hours: Friday 8am – 4.30pm. Benefits: Employee friendly environment. Career development. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role. On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
