Salary: 25,000: 30,000 Basic + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Christmas Bonus + Private Healthcare + 23:26 Days Holiday (plus bank holidays)

We are now seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Smart Buildings and Building Automation division. This is a warm desk with an established and engaged client base, offering significant earning potential for a high:performing consultant.

Compensation and Rewards
Commission:
10 on the first 10,000 of paid invoices
20 on billings above 10,000
Bonuses:
8.5 quarterly bonus
1 annual Christmas bonus (based on total yearly billings)
5 business development bonus

Realistic OTE:
Year 1: 50,000
Year 2: 80,000
Year 3: 100,000+
