We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Service Maintenance Engineer to work on a static commercial building services contract based in Cambridge. The role is based at a prestigious government facility and involves planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance * Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs and associated HVAC plant * Electrical fault finding, testing and repair within commercial buildings * Emergency light testing * Basic plumbing * Maintenance of building services electrical systems * Ensure compliance with health and safety and site procedures * Completion of maintenance logs and statutory documentation Essential Requirements * Fully electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) or Mechanical * Proven experience as an Building Services Engineer (essential) * Strong commercial building services maintenance background * Experience working on HVAC plant including AHUs and FCUs * Minimum 10-year UK employment and residency footprint * Clean criminal record (security clearance required) * Not colour blind * Full UK driving licence (company van provided due to site size) Package * Salary: £47,000 per annum * Monday to Friday, daytime hours only * Static site role (no call-out) * Company van provided * Secure, long-term government contract This role is ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Building Services Engineer, or Commercial Electrical Engineer looking for a stable, well-paid static position in Cambridge
