I'm working with a highly successful, multi-disciplinary accountancy practice to recruit a Bookkeeper. This is an excellent opportunity for someone QBE or IATI-qualified who thrives in a client-facing role and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling day-to-day bookkeeping for a range of clients including invoice processing, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns in line with Making Tax Digital.
* Supporting clients with financial queries and bookkeeping best practices.
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Using cloud-based accounting systems (such as Xero or QuickBooks).
What we're looking for:
* QBE or IATI qualified with at least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
* Comfortable working with clients and managing multiple deadlines.
* Experienced in cloud-based software.
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
