Job Title: Supply Chain Team Manager
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester (Office-based with flexible hours)
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate)

Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Team Management: Guide and inspire the purchasing and sales order processing teams. Conduct performance reviews and support professional development. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
* Order Processing & Operations: Oversee sales order processing from receipt to fulfilment. Ensure accuracy in order entry and proactive communication with customers.
* Export & Logistics: Manage export processes and documentation. Liaise with freight forwarders and handle carrier negotiations.
* Customer Service & Support: Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues efficiently.
* Process Improvement & Analytics: Identify areas for enhancement and lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Proven experience in supply chain, order processing, or export operations
* Team leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong knowledge of export operations
* Comfortable working with ERP systems (Syspro highly desirable)
* Team-oriented with a practical approach
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Background in parts/spare parts
* Spanish language skills (not a requirement)
