We are now looking for an experienced Trade Counter Manager to take ownership of our Poulton counter operation and lead the front-line customer experience.
We are a small business and so it is likely the position will suit someone who is used to working on their own initiative and willing to get involved in all areas required.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the trade counter.
* Serve customers, process orders, and resolve enquiries.
* Drive sales and upselling of products and services.
* Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
* Ensure the counter area is safe, tidy, and welcoming.
Skills & Experience
* Previous trade counter or retail management experience.
* Business to Business sales experience desirable.
* Strong customer service and people skills.
* Commercial awareness and sales ability.
* Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
* IT literacy (till/POS systems, stock control).
