We’re hiring Sales Managers to accelerate growth across Europe.
You’ll work with leading Architecture, Engineering & Construction firms and asset owners in energy and infrastructure, embedding cutting-edge solutions into design workflows and construction processes.
What You’ll Do
* Drive sales strategy and execution in your region
* Build strong relationships with AEC firms and asset owners
* Identify opportunities, close enterprise deals, and expand our footprint
* Collaborate with product teams and contribute to Fugro’s growth strategy
What We’re Looking For :
* Civil engineering background (preferred)
* Experience in engineering consulting and commercial roles
* Strong industry network and proven sales track record
* Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Hunter mindset, passion, and energy
