What Youll Do As our Partner Enablement Manager, youll be the go-to person for all things partner success, performance optimisation, and operational enablement. You will: Design and deliver partner enablement programmes that drive real outcomes Create toolkits, playbooks, training, and certification frameworks Analyse partner performance and recommend data-led improvements Implement scalable onboarding, lifecycle, and governance processes Collaborate across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing & Legal to ensure partner alignment Drive strategic GTM initiatives and support commercial negotiations Build feedback loops to shape product and market strategy What Youll Bring Proven experience in partner enablement, channel success, or strategic partnerships Strong commercial acumen, you understand what drives mutual profitability A data-driven mindset, you translate insight into action Process excellence, you can build scalable frameworks from scratch Stakeholder savvy, you influence across functions and seniority levels Experience within SaaS, EdTech or tech-led environments Bonus points if you have
